Frequent questions from guests

  • Q: Can I request a pick-up?

A: Yes, we do provide pick-up service. 
Those who came by train or bus will pick you up as soon as you can call 0555-72-1259 when you want me to pick you up.
We are going to take place from 9:30 am to 8 pm on the day.
It is possible to go to Kawaguchiko Station, Fujikyu Highland, other peripheral tourist facilities, so please use it by all means.

If you do not have a mobile phone you can tell the tourist information office (open until 5 pm) and the staff will be able to call the hotel so please use it.

Please note that you can check in by 6 pm when staying with dinner plan.

In case of time other than the above, please use a taxi.

  • Q: Is there a parking lot?

A: Yes, we offer free parkings for In-house guests (13 units).

  • Q: What are the visitors at the attention point of winter?

A: The roads are covered by snow from December to March, there is a possibility of frozen road. Please have your car tiers equipped tire chain during the season.

  • Q: Do you have an Internet connection in your property?

A: Yes, entire property provides Wi-Fi, and it's free for in-house guests.

  • Q: Do you have barrier-free facilties?

A: We have a slope at entrance and free rental wheel chair. But we don't have a barrier-free bath, as there is 3-step stairs to enter the puclic bath.

  • Q: Can I use a credit card to purchase?

A: We accept Visa, Master, JCB, Diner's Club, UC, Nico, China Union Pay card, and so on.

  • Q: Is there a fixed time for using public bath?

A: Public bath operation time: 06:00am ~ 09:30am / 15:00 ~ 23:30

  • Q: Are pets allowed to stay with?

A: We are sorry, but pets are not allowed to stay in. We can introduce you a nearest pet Hotel where you can leave you pet during your stay. (Pet shop AS Fujikawaguchiko store), please contact us at the time of booking. There will a seperate guidance for the guide dog, please tell us at the time of booking.

  • Q: Can you arrange massage service?

A: Massage arrange massage service upon request till 10 pm (40 minutes / ¥ 4000)

  • Q: Any convenient facilities around?

A: ■ Convenience store: a 10-minute walk ■ Hospital: 10 minutes Japan Red Cross hospitals and car ■ Drugstore: car 5 minutes ■ Supermarket: 5 minutes by car ■ Restaurant: within 1 min walk (Irregular operation) ■ Japanese BBQ: a 5-minute walk

  • Q: Can I bring food or drinks?

A: It is not allowed to bring you own food and drinks in banquet hall as well as our resetaurant. But besides those facilities, you may bring you your own food and drinks.

  • Q: Is there a curfew?

A: The entrance you will be locked at 12 o'clock midnight, opens at 4am early in the mornig for your safty. Please do let us know in advance if you are going to be late.
